Terms of Service

By using Aira you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, the service isn't for you — that's fine, we're not trying to be for everyone.

1. Accounts and invites

Access to Aira is by invite only. Each invite code is single‑use and tied to the member who issued it. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including any threads you create and any invites you send.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Aira to:

• Harass, threaten, or attempt to identify another member against their wishes
• Distribute content you don't have the right to share
• Attempt to access threads or accounts you weren't invited to
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service

3. Content and threads

Threads are created and moderated by their members, not by us. Because content is end‑to‑end encrypted, we generally cannot see it and cannot moderate it directly — responsibility for what's shared sits with the people in the thread.

4. Availability

Aira is offered as‑is, in active beta. Features may change, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Termination

We may suspend or remove an account that violates section 2, without prior notice, to protect other members.

6. Liability

Aira is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aira after a change means you accept the updated terms.
